For an invite-only creator event, we developed the technical workflow behind an AI-powered content experience. Across three interactive photo stations, guests used Google Gemini to transform photos and videos into unique football-inspired creations. By combining seamless uploads, live moderation and near-instant playback, the installation created an immediate "wow" moment, encouraging participation and turning every contribution into part of the experience.
